Terms and Conditions - Reservations & Deposits

The following conditions stipulated apply to all bookings and override any terms and conditions stipulated
or referred to by the person making the booking.The Client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
The Client means not only the person making the booking but all other persons on whose behalf the
booking is made.

When making a reservation the full balance is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, and can be paid by
bank transfer or by alternative arrangements.
Where a reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the entire rental fee is due.
Any bookings that are cancelled within 8 weeks or arrival the client will forfeit any money previously paid
to the company know as Spanish Rentals Abroad.

Rental deposits and reservation fees once paid are non-refundable.

A £100 security Fee is required before arrival and refunded after departure if the accommodation is returned
in the same condition. The owners reserve the right to charge the client for breakages, damage or loss to
property and contents caused by the client and to modify or withdraw any booking and cannot be held liable
for any loss, expense, inconvenience or claim arising there from.

The Client must obtain comprehensive travel insurance cover.
The owners cannot be held liable for cancellation, injury, loss, damage expense or inconvenience of any
kind or any cause what so ever or howsoever arising, whether or not within their reasonable control.
In the event of cancellation by the owners a full refund will be made, or an alternative accommodation will be found.

Reservations will be limited to a maximum number of persons dependant upon the size of the property being rented.

The owners reserve the right to refuse any reservation or cancel any reservation previously made whether paid for
or not. In such an event, the owners liability to the client shall be for any booking fees already paid only.

The apartment you will be staying is will have been cleaned to a high standard and the linen professionally
washed and ironed. A cleaning fee is required on your arrival to clean the apartment and wash the linen when
you vacate ready for the next client to arrive.
